This large, bright indoor Art Studio Space is 13.5’ x 16’ and has three large windows that creates natural light perfect for creating art, but also have blinds so the amount of light can be tailored to your needs and/or the time of day. There is a door leading to the main studio where classes are usually held as well as an outside entrance/exit as well that puts you out on the back balcony of the wrap around porch. The view from up there is spectacular and perfect for plein air painting or just taking a break from working on your art and getting some fresh air. That’s not all though, you also have a full bathroom with outside window, toilet, sink, medicine cabinet, mirror, drawers, and spacious shower. If you are interested in teaching classes you will also have access to the main studio as well as its full kitchen and bar that we use occasionally to serve food during events, parties, etc. Monthly rent is $400 and includes the opportunity to have your art seen not just locally, but possibly by people all over the world through the Bandera Online Art Gallery. There will be the opportunity to teach classes and participate in different events, as well as brainstorm with other fellow creatives and collaborate not only creating and teaching art, but also marketing, and ideas on giving back to the community, the sky is really the limit.
